How to Create a Super Admin User in HubSpot

Creating a User for Your Agency Main Contact

Here's how you can create a user for your agency's main contact, who should have the ability to manage user access for their team: 

Click on the Settings icon on the top right hand side of the screen:

 

Then, click on Users & Teams on the left hand side of the screen:

Then click create user towards the top right-hand side of the screen:

 

Type in Josh.davis@marketingallday.com (or the person's email you're looking to add), then click on next:

Note: If this contact is a HubSpot Partner, the seat assignment should automatically default to Partner Seat). Otherwise, you will be prompted to select a seat type.  

 

Then click "Choose how to set access" and click the graphic for “Make Super Admin”

Once complete, click on next: 


Looking to make an existing user a super admin?

Is this person already a user? Simply find the user, click on “Edit permissions":

Then click "Choose how to set access"

Then click “Make Super Admin”
