This article will walk you through how to find Microsoft Clarity Session Recordings in HubSpot on the contact record.
First, navigate to the contact record.
Once there, at the top of the middle column, you'll see a dropdown to "filter activity":
Click it, and ensure that "Microsoft Clarity" is checked under "Integrations":
The session recordings will then appear in the middle column under "activities" in the contact record:
Click the green arrow to open up the activity box:
Click "click to view recording" and you'll be redirected to Microsoft Clarity, and should be redirected to the session recording for that contact.
NOTE: If you have not logged into MS Clarity in some time, it may ask you to do so, and may then redirect you to the MS Clarity dashboard. If this happens, after logging in, just go back to HubSpot, and click the link again.
