This article will walk you through how to find Survey Monkey Submissions / Response Data in HubSpot on the contact record.
Scenario: You just got your first automated notification from your client survey campaign for a detractor. You click on the link to view the contact in Hubspot, but when you get there, there is no data or information...
Don't panic, this article will show you how to adjust your settings so you can find this information.
First, navigate to the contact record.
Once there, at the top of the middle column, you'll see a dropdown to "filter activity"
Click it, and ensure that "Survey Monkey" is checked under "Integrations".
The survey submission will then appear in the middle column under "activities" in the contact record. Use the date / time of the notification and the date / time stamps on each activity on the contact record to find the survey submission.
Click the green arrow to open up the activity box:
