What information do I need to submit the case study customization form?

We require the following in order to create your case study: 

- Your company name
- Your company's website (URL)
- Your company's address
- A preferred email for communication
- The software your company provides (UKG Ready, isolved, etc.)
- Your company logo
- Your primary brand color
- Your client's company name and website (URL) if already chosen

The following are optional, must be provided if you wish to include them: 

- Sales contact info (email and / or phone)
- Up to two additional brand colors
- Any brand elements or graphics you would like us to use in your final design

Why do you need my company's website and address?

This information helps us confirm that we are looking at the correct company when creating our provider brand report. 

We also typically include this information in your case study near the end, with any contact information.

Who should I use for the "contact email address"?

This will be your initial primary point of contact for the MAD team. The email address you fill in for this question will be where any communication regarding "next steps" will be sent.

Who should I use for the "contact phone number"?

This will be the phone number of your initial primary point of contact for the MAD team. It should be the phone number for the same person to whom the "contact email address" belongs.

What should I put down for "sales phone number" and "sales email"?

These are optional fields, but you need to submit at least one of them if you would like to include sales contact info at the end of your case study. 

Some organizations use a generic sales phone number or email (such as [sales@provider.com](mailto:sales@provider.com)), while others use the phone number and email of a specific sales rep.

Why do you need to know which software platform our company offers?

Our traditional digital marketing agency only works with companies in the HCM industry. Knowing whether your company offers UKG Ready, isolved, or something else helps us prepare for any meetings or interviews.

What if I don't have any brand assets or graphics to give you?

Not to worry. We'll take a look at your website and existing content, and develop a final design that aligns with your brand.
